A powerful video inspired by the Sandy Hook shooting has gone viral.

The video was made by non-profit organisation Sandy Hook Promise, who work to prevent future gun violence.

Gun violence is preventable if you know the signs, is the main message of the video.

In December 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lanza fatally shot 20 children aged between 6 and 7 years old, as well as six adult staff members.

December 14 will mark the four-year anniversary of the horrific event.
