The Harry Potter star (25) was in town for the Irish premiere of his new film 'What If' when he was reunited with the 2012 All-Ireland winning Dublin minor team.

Daniel formed an unlikely bond with the team after bumping into them while they were celebrating their All-Ireland win in 2012.

After joining them for celebrations in the city's pubs he returned to captain David Byrne's house where the session continued.

Photos from that night, which included him posing with the Tom Markham cup, went viral online.

It seems that he formed a close bond with the boys in blue as he took the opportunity to meet up with them again last night where they presented him with his own personalised Dublin GAA jersey.

It is understood that he met up with the players at the RTE studios last night. He is due to appear on the Miriam O'Callaghan show tonight.

Dublin GAA did not wish to comment.
