Rory O' Neill, AKA Panti Bliss, has weighed in on the marriage debate in a powerful video from Blinder Films.
The clip shows O' Neill tackle the question, "How will it feel if the referendum doesn't pass".
O' Neill says the decision won't be crushing because he wants to get married, but crushing because it's "intensely personal".
"The people will have spoken and they will have said that, actually, there's a limit to our acceptance of you.
And you've reached that limit".
"It's powerfully personal... all the people in your country got together and decided that... you've reached the limit of your place in society".
"It is a horribly personal thing".
"It's going to be devastating... how do you respond to that? It's so black and white".
"That's properly horrible... it's isn't just some esoteric discussion. It's actually people's actual lives".
