Cork's Red FM have followed up the success of the soundcloud clip 'Do the Jimmy Barry Murphy' by creating a music video to go along with the song.

The video features dancing groups acting out the directions in the song, similar to other direction-based songs like 'Cha Cha Slide' by DJ Casper.

'Davey Sullivan', a fictional character played by GMC for the Cork Red FM 'Red Rooster' show sings the song in his thick Cork accent. According to the video's description on YouTube, "'Do the Jimmy Barry Murphy' is the follow up to the 2010 hit 'Give us Back Sam Maguire'".

The catchy tune is the "anthem" for the 2013 hurling All-Ireland final vs. Clare, and will now have more time to be shared amongst fans as the two teams head to a replay on the 28th of September.

Lyrics include "Tackle your man but don't get too dirty! All the boys do the Jimmy Barry Murphy,

Move your hands like you're swinging a hurley" and "you won't stop the support from the Rooster, like rolling down Fairhill on a scooter!"

Full lyrics can be found here.
