Viewers fell in love with Jedward all over again following Tuesday night's Livin' With Lucy.
John and Edward Grimes were the latest celebrities to welcome Lucy into their home as a temporary roommate - and the trio got along so well that the twins begged the pregnant presenter to consider them as godparents for her unborn son.
They hit it off from the moment she walked in the door and Jedward didn't hesitate to open up about some of the more sensitive areas of their lives.
In an emotional scene, the 25-year-old twins from Lucan, explained how they had been bullied in school and how the experience has continued into adulthood.
“In school people would say stuff about us from afar, and make up stuff about us. We were excluded from parties… we never got into that scene because we were never invited in the first place," they said.
“Even still we’re being bullied by people. Everyday life is people looking down on you. Throughout our whole life there has always been someone there picking on us. Even when we got such harsh media, when we reached fame it was nothing to us because it’s always been in our face.”
The boys also opened up to Lucy about their split from Louis Walsh and how he said in an interview that Jedward were the most embarrassing thing to happen to him.
"I think we were the most financially beneficial [artists] of his career in the last ten years," Edward said.
To which John pitched in: "It’s like someone saying something behind your back and you’re like wait, I didn’t know there was a problem."
The show was a hit with viewers with people taking to Twitter to praise the boys' humble and kind personalities - it seems like people saw a totally different to side to the X Factor's 'wacky' twins.
