She's been a regular on the small screen since she was 19, but Kathryn Thomas still hasn't worked up the confidence to bare all on TV.
The Carlow woman (37) is one of Ireland's most recognisable faces but she's certainly not ready for audiences to see the rest of her anytime soon.
Speaking about the contestants on this year's Celebrity Operation Transformation - including lawyer Gerald Kean and TV3 presenter Elaine Crowley - Kathryn admitted she isn't as brave in front of the camera as they are.
"They are all really brave. Would I stand out in my knickers in front of the whole country? Probably not," she told the Diary.
The TV host praised the show's contestants for the hard slog they have endured over the weeks.
"It's all going really well. We have positive news all around. The contestants are all happy," she said.
"Week three can be a tough one for people. Week one and week two the weight loss is very big, but then the weight loss starts to slow down.
"I think Elaine has been amazing. She lost a stone and two pounds in two weeks. They have all been really honest.
"They know the country is supporting them, it's a big thing. With a show like that, you don't know what's going to happen but everyone is behind them now."
With the celeb series done and dusted, Kathryn is confident more stars will be eager to sign up for a follow-up series now they know what to expect.
"I think it might be easier to recruit the celebrities the second time around because it's been out there and people will have less concerns and less fears about what may happen," she said.
The blonde host recently lost one of her hosting gigs when it was revealed The Voice of Ireland would be going off air after five series to make way for Ireland's version of Strictly Come Dancing - Dancing With The Stars.
Although she has made it clear she won't be involved with the new show, Kathryn has some ideas in mind for who should front it.
"The love of my life, Eoghan McDermott. I think he is amazing. I have been in his arms on many a dance.
"He knows what he's talking about and he'd be brilliant," she said.
"There's loads of girls. I think Vogue Williams would be brilliant. Grainne Seoige would be amazing as well. We have an endless supply of talent."
The RTE presenter is gearing up for her next round of fitness bootcamps.
"We have another taster happening on October 8. We have had more than 500 clients through the door so it's gone really well. It's 85pc women," she said.
