WATCH: Hilarious innuendo-laden outtakes from Daniel O'Donnell's upcoming Opry an Iúir series
Daniel O'Donnell's cheeky personality is evident in a collection of outtakes from his upcoming country music TV show Opry an Iúir.
Filmed in front of a live audience, the show hosts a country music star each week who will play their greatest hits.
The outtakes from this series show Daniel in fine form as he jokes with the audience and makes innuendo-laden comments about tugging his waistcoat.
At one point he dances about and says, "Who says I couldn't move?" in reference to his recent departure from BBC series Strictly Come Dancing.
For the first time ever Daniel will also perform some of his best known hits in Irish including Tar ag Damhsa Liom (I just want to dance with you) and Bhfuil aon Sólás í nDán dom Níos Mó (My shoes keep walking back to you).
This season features country stars Dominic Kirwan, Charlie Landsborough, Mike Denver, Louise Morrissey, Jim Devine and Johnny Brady.
In these unique performances Daniel will join each artist on stage for a chat and a special duet performance.
Each country star then also appears with an Irish traditional artist to perform a duet in Irish. Some of the Irish artists include Seamus Begley and Maighread Ní Dhomhnaill.
Opry an Iúir airs on Wednesdays at 10.30pm on TG4 with a special show on December 23rd for Christmas where Daniel will celebrate Brendan Shine’s 50 years in music.
