Viewers shocked as The Island with Bear Grylls contestant falls 30ft from rock face into sea

As reality show cliffhangers go, it's up there with the most nail-biting and genuinely terrifying.
Viewers were shocked last night when Patrick 'Paddy' Dauncey was seen tumbling from a coastal cliff as he tried to climb across during a storm.
"These cliffs may look like solid rock, but erosion has weathered the surface so badly that it crumbles away under pressure," said Bear.
Paddy then fell foul of crumbling rock which gave way under him and sent him crashing down the cliff face and into the sea below.
His fellow survivalists were clearly traumatised by Paddy's fall and ran to his aid but the episode ended with Ben calling for help on the satellite phone but Paddy's fate left unclear.
However, the teaser for next week's episode revealed he was alive, although in agony.
Paddy (19) also tweeted about the show, so presumably he's not still lying battered in the sea somewhere.
The Island with Bear Grylls airs on Mondays, Channel 4 at 9PM.
