We've got the pick of the best TV shows to tune in to when you need to keep your emotions in check during the Euros.
Today is the opening day of Euro 2016. Hosts France will be taking on Romania tonight, while Ireland face their first opponents, Belgium, on Monday.
You've got the beers and wine in, snacks from different countries (cheese from France, chorizo from Spain, pizza from Italy and chocolate from Switzerland) and the viewing parties ready to go.
There'll be tears, laughter, shock, fear, anguish, joy, sore throats, sore heads and broken hearts.
