The Apprentice: Failure to make ANY sales sees two PMs in boardroom but fired candidate told he's 'an honourable man'

Total failure is not quite what you expect from The Apprentice candidates on week ten, but neither team could have performed worse on Wednesday night's episode.
Tasked with producing a new health food snack and pitching it to three major retailers, both Team Conexus and Team Versatile failed to secure any orders.
Lord Sugar was faced with bringing the two project managers - Richard and Vana - back to the boardroom, with one other team member of their choosing each.
Desperate to impress, Team Versatile threw themselves into the world of superfoods and created snack bars, while Team Conexus opted for nutritious veggie crisps.
Richard had issues with the ingredients for their crisps, “I can’t sell a red onion and nutritional yeast." He added, “Can you just make sure you make it the nicest tasting versions of those three?”
But both teams faced issues from the offset.
Not only did Versatile project manager Charleine struggle to pronounce the superfood ingredients, but Gary was forced to pitch to a former employer and, most seriously, they made false claims on their packaging and have to cross out words with marker pen.
Charleine in full swing, “Maca —it’s great for contraception... not for contraception for the other one.”
On Team Conexus, Richard removed important product details from their packaging and the next day Brett gave probably the most cringeworthy pitch of the entire series.
Claude summed up Brett's performance on the entire task, “You have King Richard sitting majestically at the top, you’ve then got Princess Vana who’s managing the kitchen and then you've got Brett.”
When it came to the results, neither team had any orders for their product so Lord Sugar asked each PM to bring one person back from their team.
“You shouldn’t consider this a nil-nil draw because you both lost” he told them.
Brett decided to bring Richard and Charleine decided to bring Gary back with them into the boardroom.
“Charleine, you’re an unbelievable force of nature when it comes to selling, however sometimes a little bit too forceful, you sometimes talk a bit too much," said Lord Sugar.
"Richard, tricky Dicky puts a big question mark in my mind I have to be honest with you. But, in the past weeks you’ve taken control of a lot of the tasks.
"But Brett, all I hear from you is Richard’s done a good job. And also, your pitch to the fitness chain was terrible.
"Gary, Mr Corporate, I’ve been around for a long time, I’ve been in business for nearly 50 years and of course I’ve come across a lot of Gary’s, I’ve come across a lot of Richard’s also, I haven’t come across many Charleine’s and I’m worried you lack entrepreneurial spirit.
"I’m afraid to say that in the case of Gary, I’m struggling, but Brett I think that there’s no question that you like to throw your back into things but I talk about setting up a business and my concern is that what I’ve observed in the past 10 weeks is really not up my alley. I’m going to have to let you go from the process and say, Brett…You’re Fired!"
However, Brett got some encouraging parting words from Lord Sugar, "Well done Brett for the 10 weeks. I do like the way that you wish to be known as an honourable man. You leave here as an honourable man.”
