Tara Reid stormed the producer's offices and control room in Marriage Boot Camp after her boyfriend labelled her "completely delusional"
The 40-year-old has been arguing with her boyfriend Dean May on the reality TV show.
She yelled: "You're only here to make yourself famous and turn everyone against me, admit it."
The American Pie star accused him of being "fame hungry" and claimed he was out to make her "look stupid".
The club promoter, who bragged about dating his "fair share of models in the past", argued back that Tara was "completely delusional".
After drinking a lot of alcohol, Tara let her emotions get the better of her and stormed into the production office and got into a semi-coherent rant the executive producer, Adam Freeman.
She complained that Dean was acting so 'happy happy' around everyone else and that nobody knows his true personality.
"I don’t understand 90 percent of what you’re saying," he told her, as she slurred through her sentences.
Tara then called her mother and placed the phone in her bra so her mother could hear her conversation with the producers.
"She's on the phone because this is my mother!" she ranted.
"She's listening to everything we're saying."
As a producer tried to get Tara to calm down, she screamed, "Dean is a liar! All he's doing is winning the crowd!"
Eventually, the production crew managed to calm the Sharknado actress down and led her back into the reality TV house to join the group.
"Something bigger is going on here, I just don’t know what," speculated Marriage Boot Camp creator Jim Carroll.
"We're all concerned about you," they told the star.
Tara and Dean continued to argue through the night.
"You don't even let me talk!" she argued. "It's either you're having fun, or I'm having fun! We used to have fun together! Now I feel stabbed in the back!"
As Tara’s outburst continued, audiences could see Dean confiding to his Marriage Boot Camp co-star Toya Memphitz about his feelings towards Tara.
“I would never leave her,” he admitted. “Even if she pushed me away and said the meanest thing to me ever.”
