Rugby star Donncha O'Callaghan has been indulging in some unusual pre-season training - filming a new children's series for RTE.
The former Munster star, who now plays for the Worcester Warriors, is tackling presenting after signing up for Fit for Life for the national broadcaster.
Donncha was busy over the summer filming the series for Swipe TV, which is on RTE Two.
The fitness fan has been busy teaching the kids skills that he has picked up throughout his professional career, while also taking part in fun outdoor activities, including orienteering, raft-building and obstacle courses. Filming took place in Dublin in the middle of July, with the resulting show due to go out on Swipe TV at the end of this month.
This isn't the former Ireland international's first foray into youth TV.
The 37-year-old previously fronted a show on RTEjr called What's Your Game?
It saw the dad-of-three meeting children from around the country as they taught him all about their favourite games and sports.
Donncha is one sports star who's passionate about keeping in shape and indulging in outdoor pursuits - and he's now keen to share that enthusiasm with young people.
Speaking previously about his love of fitness, he said it has helped him to avoid any major injuries.
"I put fitness down to the bedrock of everything. If you're fit you can make the smart decisions under pressure. If you're fitter than the opposition, you have an advantage," he said.
