Nathan Carter set to duet with Joe Dolan on The Late Late Show
There's no show like a Joe show.
The Mullingar musician passed away in 2007 but through the magic of archive footage, Joe will duet with country music superstar Nathan Carter on this week's The Late Late Show.
The pair will perform the Westmeath crooner's hit Make Me An Island, accompanied by the RTE Concert Orchestra,
Nathan will also join a panel discussion celebrating the enduring legacy of Joe Dolan on the Irish music scene alongside Joe’s brother Ben Dolan and Sunday World journalist Eddie Rowley.
The Late Late Show is giving Joe and Nathan’s fans a chance to see this very special performance in studio with two tickets for Friday night’s show up for grabs.
All they have to do is post a video of themselves singing their favourite Joe Dolan classic to The Late Late Show’s Facebook account or on Twitter using #latelatejoe or, for those who are a bit shy, they can send the video to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fans have until Thursday morning to send in their videos and the lucky winner will find themselves in the audience for Friday night’s very special performance.
The Late Late Show in on RTÉ One at 9.35pm this Friday.
