The former Miss World’s debut book Eat Yourself Beautiful hit the shelves last year and quickly climbed to the top of the best-seller list.

Currently in the process of writing her second book devoted to all things health and fitness, the Wicklow native revealed she was looking to take her nutritional expertise to the small screen.

“If the right show came along I would consider it,” she told the Diary.

“If it reflected what I love, then definitely.

“I am looking into those opportunities now.”

While her first book was a big hit with readers, Rosanna has promised her second will be even better.

“The new book is going great,” she said.

“I’m editing it now and trying to pick the photo for the cover so it is really exciting. We’re designing the layout.”

The 32-year-old has already written most of the book and revealed the secret to getting it done was treating the writing process like a full-time job.

“I found the process of writing easier this time around. I wrote the majority of it in about eight weeks,” she said. “I work well under pressure. I try to treat it like a nine-to-five job. I do it all from the office in my house. I think it’s a stronger book than my first. I am really excited about it.

“I think the recipes are better. It should be out in mid-September.”

While Rosanna, who is a vegan, promoted a meat-free diet in her book, the blonde insisted she was not trying to make anyone become vegetarian.

“I’m not trying to convert anyone. It is more about helping people to make healthier choices,” she said. “So instead of having a can of coke, they will go and have a smoothie. Anything that encourages people to lead a healthier lifestyle is a good thing.”
