Meet Gogglebox Ireland's newest family
Gogglebox Ireland returns to TV screens tonight and viewers will be introduced to a brand new family.
On tonight's episode, audiences will meet 16-year-old Tadhg and his Granny Ettie from Clonlara in County Clare.
Tadhg visits Granny Ettie every day and considers her his "second Mammy".
The pair are globetrotters and have travelled the world together, including a trip to Boston, Lake Garda in Italy and last year they spent a month in Australia, visiting Ettie's son.
When it comes to TV, Ettie is a fan of The Chase, Antiques Roadshow and WW2 documentaries, while Tadhg prefers shows like Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead.
Tadhg and Granny Ettie are one of the five new households to be introduced to Gogglebox Ireland for the show's second season.
The other families will be introduced over the coming weeks.
"We're thrilled to welcome our five new households to join our expanded Gogglebox Ireland family," said series producer Simon Proctor.
"Representing a great geographical and social mix, our new Goggleboxers will bring us even more unique insights into the week's telly along with many of our original cast - they let us into their homes, switch on the kettles and pick up their remote controls."
Series two of Gogglebox Ireland airs on TV3 tonight at 9pm.
