Things are set to heat up between Louise and Dean in tonight's episode of Fair City.
Fans have been waiting with bated breath to see if the pair finally get together after weeks of a "will they, won't they" storyline.
As Louise prepares to go to Barcelona, Kerri-Ann convinces Dean, played by Michael Sheehan, to give it one last shot and try to convince her to stay in Carrigstown.
Dean fobs off his girlfriend Hayley and returns home as Louise is packing and suggests they have a final drink together as housemates.
As the pair reminisce over a glass of wine it's clear there's a spark between them.
They finally give in to their passion and the two end up spending the night together.
Leah Egan, who plays Louise, said her character was afraid to act on her feelings as she feared being hurt.
"It was never her intention to come home for good. Yet here she is running Vino's, the only Doyle daughter left in Carrigstown," she said.
"She has this fear of missing out, of settling. She knows in her heart that Dean is right for her, but she's afraid of the complications the relationship would bring if things do work out between them, but also of the hurt involved if it should fail.
"It's a battle between her head and her heart. With things inevitably heating up between herself and Dean, it's hard to tell which will win over in the end," she added.
Fair City is on RTE One tonight at 8pm.
