You have been warned...
It's the worst kept secret in tv cliffhanger history and while we all had our suspicions the season five finale wasn't the last we'd see of Jon Snow, actor Kit Harington gave one lucky fan the scoop of a lifetime.
The actor, who lied to his friends and family for more than a year about the fact that Jon Snow would be resurrected from the dead, said he revealed Snow's fate to avoid a speeding ticket.
While appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the British actor said: "I was driving to my parents house and driving too fast and this policeman pulls me over and he said: 'There's two ways we can do this - You can either follow me back to the police station and I book you in, or you can tell me whether you live on the next season.'"
"Whether I take you into the police station depends on what your answer is."
How did Harington respond?
"I looked at him and said, 'I’m alive next season.' And he says, 'On your way, Lord Commander.'”
The 29-year-old, who is dating former co-star Rose Leslie, said it "feels good to be alive" and finally speak about his character.
"When the writers told me, they said, 'You can’t tell anyone — you can’t tell you mom, your dad, your brother, your friends'. I told mom and dad right away — that’s mom and dad!"
