Former Westlife stars Kian Egan and Nicky Byrne will be reuniting on stage shortly.

But this time around there won't be a white suit in sight as the pair have both signed up for Ant & Dec's hit tour.

The two singers announced their good news this week, with 2fm presenter Nicky saying he was "excited" to reveal he will be a special guest on their roadshow.

Based on the TV show of the same name, the Takeaway Tour will be in arenas all around the UK before it comes to Dublin's O2 arena on
September 13.

Hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, it has enjoyed a sell-out run as it travels around Britain.

Kian and Nicky will be in good company too. They'll be joining celebs including Spice Girl Mel C, reality TV star Joey Essex, Peter Andre, Paddy McGuinness, Eamonn Holmes and
Vernon Kay.

The celebrities will be taking over the reins of guest announcers springing surprises along the way.

In other good news for Sligo native Kian (inset), he celebrated his wife's 31st birthday yesterday with a gushing message. "Happy birthday to the most amazing person in my life, my wife, my best friend and the best mummy ever. I love you so much Jodi Albert," he tweeted.

The pair have one child together, three-year-old Koa.

It's a bittersweet week for the Voice of Ireland judge though.

Two days previously, he privately marked the anniversary of his father Kevin's death.

Jodi posted a touching message which read: "Remember a beautiful man today, my husband's incredible father and Koa's granddad from heaven."

Kian's dad died after a battle with cancer on July 20, 2011.

The star was joined by his Westlife bandmates Nicky, Mark Feehily and Shane Filan as they paid tribute to Kevin with an emotional rendition of You Raise Me Up during his funeral Mass.
