Apple purchased rights to the next season of popular series Carpool Karaoke, CBS Television Studios announced yesterday.

The series is to stream on Apple Music.

James Corden will executive produce the 16-part series, according to reports. No air date has been announced so far.

Carpool Karaoke on The Late Late Show has featured singers such as Adele, Elton John, One Direction, Gwen Stefani, Stevie Wonder, and Justin Bieber.

The episode with Adele is the most watched of all the Carpool Karaokes, clocking up over 130 million views on YouTube.
