The chat show will take on a very British flavour.
TV host James Corden is to bring his hit US chat show to the UK in June to film three special episodes.
James will record The Late Late Show in Westminster’s Central Hall and give his show’s musical and comedy segments a British twist.
It will be the first international trip for the show, which will air on CBS in the US and on Sky 1 and Now TV in the UK.
James, who plans to share highlights from his homeland during the episodes, said: “To bring The Late Late Show to the UK is a dream come true for me.
“I’m incredibly proud of the show and we’re going to do our best to make this week in London memorable.”
A video posted on the Sky 1 YouTube page shows James and his bandleader Reggie Watts packing up the Los Angeles set, including the sofas and cameras.
Sky 1 director Adam MacDonald said: “I’m beyond excited that James and The Late Late Show are coming to the UK for three very special episodes.
“James is hugely loved by the Sky 1 audience and it will be a proud moment for the channel to share what he and The Late Late Show gang have in store for us.”
James has enjoyed huge success in the US since he took over the late-night talk show, which airs at 12.35am.
Its Carpool Karaoke segment – which sees the host driving round and singing songs with stars including Adele, Justin Bieber, Stevie Wonder and Jennifer Lopez – has been a global sensation, with the Adele version racking up more than 153 million YouTube views.
The three episodes will air on June 7-9 at 10pm on Sky 1 and will be also be available on Now TV.
