RTE star Kathryn Thomas is shooting a new programme this summer.
One of the busiest people in TV, Kathryn (37) already anchors flagship shows The Voice of Ireland and Operation Transformation.
Now she's set to add another string to her bow with a fresh project.
"It's happening in August or September, a new TV project. It's exciting. It's not something that I've ever done before. But I can't say too much," she said.
The Carlow native is just back from a well-earned holiday around the Greek islands with her restaurateur beau Padraig McLoughlin.
She admitted that just like the rest of us, she lets the diet slip while she's on holidays.
"It was our first proper break away in about a year-and-a-half. It was great to just get away and eat loads of Feta cheese and enjoy myself.
"I don't believe that anyone should deny themselves on holidays. So I'm back into the training again," she said.
This weekend sees her moving her popular Pure Results boot-camp from Parksnasilla in Kerry to the Temple lodge and spa in Westmeath.
She revealed that, just like Operation Transformation, her clients are drawn from a wide demographic.

"Some of them are looking to lose three pounds and for some, it's three stone.
"But everyone who comes down for the week generally loses about six or seven pounds on average, so you really see results," she said.
