'I'm scared to go it alone after Operation Transformation ends' - Katherine Lynch

Katherine Lynch has admitted she's "slightly dreading" the end of Celebrity Operation Transformation, as she will have to continue her new exercise regime and healthy diet on her own.

The Leitrim woman lost 4lbs in the latest episode of the weight-loss series which aired last night. Beating her target goal of 3lbs, she has a lost a total of over 12lbs so far on the series.

The leaders, also made up of Elaine Crowley, Brenda Donohue, Gerald Kean and Karl Spain, are due to have their final weigh-in next Monday.

"It'll be harder on my own, for sure. I think I'll take good examples away from the show," Katherine told the Herald.

"I'm slightly dreading it but I'm also looking forward to having a little treat."

TV star Katherine admitted she reckons she will also be more self-conscious when she's cutting loose as viewers may be judging her for what she eats and drinks.

"I have no choice, the whole nation are going to be looking at me," she said.

"They'll be slagging me every time they see me with a glass of wine."
