He's no diva - Richard Gere seeks no star treatment from RTE ahead of Late Late appearance

Ryan Tubridy will be welcoming in an A-list star on to the Late Late Show this this Friday after nabbing movie star Richard Gere as a special guest.
The Pretty Woman star will be in town at the Audi Dublin International Film Festival for the screening of his film Time out of Mind on Friday.
The red carpet will be rolled out at the Savoy cinema ahead of the event, which is expected to attract a huge crowd this weekend.
Afterwards, Gere will be hot-footing ittravelling out to the LLSMontrose for a live interview on the RTE show.
And aAn source revealed said that he has asked for no special treatment on the night.
Despite his superstar status he is being treated “just like any other guest.”
He’ll be filling Ryan telling Tubridy in onhow he has used his fame to advocate for human rights around the world and raise environmental and Aids awareness.
Last week’s show, featuring INM’s Paul Williams talking about the surge in gang warfare, pulled in one of the biggest audiences for the Late Late Show to date, with an average of 661,600 viewers.
