Get the glad rags on singletons - First Dates is coming to Ireland

Compelling Channel 4 dating show 'First Dates' is coming to Ireland in search of singletons who are looking for love.
The hit show sees single men and women book a date at the First Dates restaurant where they're paired with a potential match.
They're interviewed after the date and decide whether or not they want to see each other again.
Now Coco Telebision is bringing the show to RTE2 in the New Year and are looking for applications from Irish people who are open to being matched.
The series will be filmed at a secret location and cameras will analyse the dates' every move from their (usually fairly awkward) first meeting to their dinnertime chats (or silences) and beyond.
Unfortunately it looks like the lovely Maitre D' of the UK show, Fred Sirieix, who helps put the singletons at ease as they wait for their dates (some of which occasionally don't even show up) won't be the Maitre D' for the Irish version.
