Admit it, gyms can be intimidating places. Terrifying even. It would be much easier to work out in the comfort of your own home where nobody is there to judge you - apart from Amanda Byram.
The TV presenter is channelling her inner Jane Fonda with six short, high intensity workout videos that you can follow at home.
Exclusive to RTE Player, the videos range in length between five and 15 minutes. Each workout is designed to be repeated so you can extend your daily workout to 30 minutes or more if you really need that extra push.
You can choose gym favourites like burpees, jumping jacks, push ups, planks and many more. And if you feel like giving up, we're sure that one look at Amanda's toned muscles is all it takes to get you motivated.
The Dancing with the Stars host said: "I'm so passionate about helping women and men get fit and believe that being strong is the path to health and happiness."
The fitness fanatic purposely choreographed the videos in a way that makes them easy to follow.
And they require little to no equipment.
