Farrah Abraham says she's pressing charges after Celebrity Big Brother 'brawl'
Reality star Farrah Abraham has broken her silence on the Celebrity Big Brother 'brawl', which resulted in a chair being thrown and the show cut 10 minutes early.
While filming Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, newly evicted housemate Farrah was joined fellow evictee Janice Dickinson and Big Brother alumni Aisleyne Horgan Wallace.
But the programme soon descended into chaos with actress Vicki Michelle being hospitalised after a champagne glass was allegedly thrown.
The 64-year-old 'Allo 'Allo actress is thought to have been caught in the crossfire after tensions flared when Farrah and Aisleyne traded insults and the live Channel 5 show was taken off air 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.
Farrah, who was pictured in a wheelchair after, said she intends on pressing charges against Dickinson and Horgan Wallace.
"In regards to Vicki pressing charges against me, I can confirm I was neither arrested nor convicted of anything. I was already liaising with the police in regards to everything which happened at BB BOTS because my manager was the first party to call the police that night."
"To clear my name, of my own free will, I explained to the police what really happened with Vicki. They looked over the BB BOTS video footage in detail and said no crime had been committed and therefore no charges were made against me."
After the incident, Vicki Michelle told the Daily Mirror: "I'm in complete and utter shock. If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face, she could have blinded me. It was awful.
"She whacked the glass hard like a discus. It was the base of the glass and it shattered in my hair. It was so hard my head went forward and back. It all went off, it was like the OK Corral, it was like being in a Western. I couldn't believe that was happening on national television.
"It happened in such an instance that the audience went quiet, they were stunned. They couldn't believe it."
Michelle, who was checked over by paramedics and later had an MRI scan, said a doctor told her she had suffered concussion and whiplash as a result.
The paper quoted a spokesman for Abraham as saying it was the reality star who had been attacked first and she also needed medical attention.
"Farrah was assaulted twice last night," the star's spokesperson said to The Mirror.
"She was seen by a medic as a result of injuries caused by one the assaults.
"The matter is being handed over to Farrah's lawyer."
Meanwhile, Horgan-Wallace tweeted: "I did not throw any glass. Ever. Get your facts right. It's boring now."
A spokesman for Hertfordshire Police said: " Officers are currently making inquiries to establish the exact circumstances of what happened and will release further details when appropriate."
A Channel 5 spokesman said on Wednesday: "Last night's Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side was interrupted due to an incident on set. Everyone involved is fine and last night's events are currently being investigated."
