The full line-up of the Channel 5 show had been kept under wraps until the big reveal at 9pm this evening when each celebrity arrived at the house where they were greeted by presenter Emma Willis.

Kellie Maloney was something of a coup for CBB producers since she only recently revealed she is living as a woman and planning to have a sex change.

Formerly known as Frank, she had managed the career of late Irish boxer Darren Sutherland and had guided Lennox Lewis to the world heavyweight title.

The 61-year-old is rumoured to have secured a considerable fee of £400,000 to appear in the show.

Kellie will be joined by Irish singer and Celebrity Apprentice winner Edele Lynch.

Mother-of-three Edele (34) won Celebrity Apprentice in October 2013, beating Amanda Brunker to the title and winning €45,000 for charity.

At the time she was asked if she would consider another reality show and she said she would love to be on Strictly Come Dancing.

Kellie and Edele will be joined by ex-TOWIE star Lauren Goodger, Kelly Brook's fiance David McIntosh, and professional boxer Audley Harrison.

Deirdre Kelly, known as 'The White Dee' from Channel 4's Benefits Street will be in the house with fellow Channel 4 star George Gilbey of Gogglebox fame.

Geordie Shore personality Ricci Guarnaccio is sure to cause a stir, as is Stephanie Pratt, who first appeared on The Hills in the US and most recently took Made in Chelsea's serial womaniser Spencer Pratt to task over his behaviour on the popular E4 show.

Surprise US additions include actor and playwright Leslie Jordan, best known for playing Karen's sexually ambiguous rival on Will & Grace, and Lethal Weapon actor Garey Busey.

Other contestants include former Eastenders actress Claire King, French exotic dancer and reality TV star Angelique Frenchy Morgan, and Strictly Come Dancing favourite James Jordan.
