Eve Hewson has revealed she pranked Justin Timberlake when she was just 11 years-old.
The 23-year-old daughter of U2 frontman Bono made the admission on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where she appeared to publicise her TV show, The Knick.
Asked if she had ever taken advantage of her dad's rock star status, she said she had.
"I knew i was in a unique position with my dad being very famous so one day I was in the office of my house with my friend Sorcha who's with me tonight and we came across the contact list on our home computer, my dad's address book," she said to Fallon.
"We may have stole some numbers and we possibly pranked your boyfriend, Justin Timberlake."
Fallon replied, "He is a boy and he is a friend of mine so technically I guess he is a boy friend of mine" before asking Eve what she said to Justin on the phone.
"We asked him gneral knowledge questions from teh back of a cereal box. I was 11," she laughed.
"We pranked a lot of people but he was the one who answered. A few other people answered but hung up. I think he didn't hang up because he was getting the questions right."
In The Knick, which debuted to an audience of 1.7m viewers at the weekend, Eve plays a naive nurse from West Virginia named Lucy Elkins who assists a maverick surgeon, played by Clive Owen.
The series is set in early part of the 20th century and has been described as a cross between Grey's Anatomy and Boardwalk Empire.
