A Dubliner has vowed to win the Big Brother television show after entering the infamous house.
Hughie Maughan, from Ballymun, made his debut on the hit TV show earlier this week and has promised to rubbish stereotypes about Travellers.
The 21-year-old, who lives on a Dublin halting site, told the programme that he is the "complete opposite" of the common perception of Travellers.
The youth worker lives with his parents and recently come out as bisexual.
Hughie is set to cause a storm in the house after the Big Brother producers created a twist in the show.
He has been selected as one of The Others housemates. The new format means Hughie is one of six contestants living in a second house and eyeing a spot in the main one.
Hughie has already revealed his worries about living with other housemates.
"If I was in the house and nobody cleaned up, that would be one of my pet hates," he said. "If they leave the kitchen or the bathroom dirty and expect me to clean it up after, that's when you're going to see 'Hurricane Hughie'.
"If I didn't have a clean cup to have a cup of tea or coffee or whatever and somebody had left every one of them dirty and lazed about for a week, there would be murder."
Big Brother, which is presented by Emma Willis, is on TV3 every night.
