The Simpsons is the Nostradamus of TV.

To date, the animated sitcom has been eerily on the nose with some of its predictions, most notably calling a Donald Trump presidency a whopping 16 years before that actually became a reality.

Now fans of the show are convinced the creators behind The Simpsons predicted Lady Gaga's Super Bowl half time show antics in the 2012 episode, Lisa Goes Gaga.

While playing a concert in Springfield, the popstar takes to the sky in a harness, something that she did in her half time show. During the Super Bowl halftime show, there was also a moment when an army of drones lit up the sky - very much like in another Simpsons episode where drones formed a hat in the sky.

It could also be the case that Gaga was just inspired by that episode of The Simpsons when preparing her Super Bowl choreography.
