Ruth Langsford deviated from her ladylike image this morning when she appeared to utter the c-word live on ITV's This Morning programme.
Ruth's co-host and husband, Eamonn Homes, was telling their guest Dynamo a story about an audience member who heckled him at a recent event he attended.
"Somebody stood up in an audience I was taking part in... No better not," he said, deciding to cut his story short.
Ruth then jumped in to help her husband finish his story.

Turning to Eamonn she alluded to the naughty swear word: "Somebody said you were a cult? Eamonn Holmes is a cult."

Eamonn's looked very amused as he began to read out details of a competition while Ruth acted oblivious to what she had nearly said.
Viewers on Twitter debated what Ruth had said with one posting a short clip saying: "Am I the only one hearing what I'm hearing?"
Another individual tagged Ruth and said: "@RuthieeL ... oops! Wash your mouth out!"
