Courteney Cox heading to Ireland this summer to test her survival skills with Bear Grylls
We may have just bid farewell to Matt LeBlanc, but another Friends star is headed to our shores to test her survival skills in the rural countryside.
Courteney Cox (51) will travel to Ireland this summer to film the latest season of Running Wild with Bear Grylls, according to a report in the Sunday Tiumes.
The famed adventurer has selected Ireland as one of several “exotic” locations for the third season of his reality television series.
Grylls, who was born in Donaghadee, Co Down, will teach survival skills to a slew of celebrities including Nick Jonas, Vanessa Hudgens and singer Julianne Hough.
Although exact filming locations have not yet been revealed, the Friends star and gold medallist ski racer Lindsey Vonn will make their way to rural Ireland for two days of extreme tasks this summer.
In the past, Grylls has been accompanied by A-listers including Kate Winslet, Channing Tatum, Ben Stiller and Kate Hudson, and even brought President Barack Obama hiking through a glacier in Alaska.
Along with his Irish visit, the 10-episode third season will see him heading to the Sierra Nevada mountains and the African wilderness.
