The series stars Irish actress Charlene McKenna and Love/Hate star Killian Scott as well as Matthew Macfadyan, Jerome Flynn, Adam Rothenberg and MyAnna Buring.
In response to the news McKenna tweeted, "We all knew it was coming... Always leave the party on a high!!!".
The final season will see the return of Joseph Mawle as Detective Inspector Jedediah Shine, who is out for revenge after Inspector Reid (Macfadyen) and Drake (Flynn) plotted to have him killed at the end of the second season.
