Ruth O'Neill returns to Ireland for new presenting role on RTE
Former model Ruth O'Neill emigrated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in television, and now after five years honing her skills she has reportedly bagged a role with a new RTE show.
The South Dublin beauty will reportedly be gracing Irish tv screens as an entertainment reporter on RTE's Bounce.
Producers have already enlisted Eoghan McDermott, Nadia Forde and Madeline Mulqueen to front the new venture.
Ruth (27) left Ireland in 2010 in a bid to crack the showbiz industry in Los Angeles.
She first started out in ABC before landing her dream role with E! News which saw her interview the likes of Kelly Rowland, Kate Hudson and Alessandra Ambrosio.
An inside source says that the reason for Ruth's return to Ireland is to take up work with the state broadcaster.
The chirpy blonde first came to attention when she appeared in the reality tv presenter search "Total Xposure" which was eventually won by Sean Musanje.
