Lights, camera, action - The Late Late Toy Show 2015 is here

The toys have been assembled, the sound checks complete, Ryan Tubridy will soon don his Christmas jumper and the Toy Show 2015 will begin.
With last year's show attracting an audience of two million at its peak both children and grown-up children all over the nation will settle down to watch the colourful extravaganza.

The hashtag #LateLateToyShow has been trending in Ireland all day as people tweet their excitement and anticipation.
Some famous faces have confirmed that they will be tuning in.

This year's effort will take inspiration from the classic fairytale 'Beauty and the Beast'.
Tubridy has confirmed that he will take to the stage along with 82 young performers, and open proceedings with a song from the much loved Disney musical.

A staggering 285 children from all corners of the country will participate in tonight's programme.
Over 200 toys will be name checked during the show, and a further 300 will be featured as part of the dazzling set design.
All the toys featured on the show will be donated to charity following the broadcast.
