Lady Gaga is the latest star set for James Corden's Carpool Karaoke
Lady Gaga is the next star to feature alongside James Corden in Carpool Karaoke.
The 30-year-old singer tweeted a photo of her alongside the British comedian on Friday to announce she was appearing on the hit musical segment on Corden's The Late Late Show.
The pair donned pink cowboy hats, while Corden is seen pointing at Gaga with a shocked expression on his face. "Had a lil fun with @JKCorden today!," the Bad Romance hitmaker wrote alongside the snap.
The Late Late Show shared the same photo on Instagram, with a caption poking fun at Gaga's 2008 hit Poker Face. "C c c carpool face, c c c carpool face," they wrote.
The segment was taped on Friday night, and might air later this month, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Gaga is currently gearing up for Super Bowl Halftime Show next year, after being recently confirmed as the headliner last month.
The singer will follow in the footsteps of stars including Beyonce, Coldplay and Bruno Mars when she takes to the stage at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, for the National Football League final on 5 February.
Gaga said in a new interview she is hoping to give fans something entirely new with her performance at the Super Bowl. "The best way to push the envelope is with your guts and your talent," she said during a chat with Carson Daly on 97.1 AMP Radio.
"And then you also want to push the envelope in terms of your creativity and your music and taking the show to the next level, but I don't know if it's the place to push the envelope in other ways."
