'Do I have any rhythm?... Probably with a few drinks on me' - Pippa O'Connor on RTE's Dancing With The Stars

Pippa O'Connor has revealed she would happily take to the floor for RTE's Dancing With The Stars - but hubby Brian Ormond would be a wallflower.
"I can say absolutely no - Brian would not do it. I don't think he would be into anything like that," she said
The dancing competition will serve as an Irish version of the hit franchise Strictly Come Dancing, and will replace The Voice of Ireland - which has been axed by the broadcaster after five seasons.
It is due to hit TV screens in the new year.
Several names have been linked to the upcoming series - including Rosanna Davison, Nathan Carter and Dubs star Bernard Brogan.
"I've heard about it. Do I have any rhythm? I don't really know. Probably with a few drinks on me I do," O'Connor (above) said.
While she might not be the best dancer in the world, the mum-of-two reckons she'd give the competition a go if TV bosses come calling.
"It sounds like it would be a good laugh - I would have to have a little practice and see if I was any good," she said.
"I haven't taken any dance lessons since I was a child."
While TV bosses have yet to start their search for stars to join the show, Pippa insisted she will be glued to the small screen no matter what.
"I love it, actually. I love the English version so it's great to see a change and a new show come in," she said.
Meanwhile, she has her hands full running her successful blog, Pippa.ie.
"It's great. If it wasn't for the readers I wouldn't be able to do it," she added.
"I try to answer their questions to the best of my abilities."
