TOM Hanlon sure gets around these days and with considerable success too. His latest trip was to Shanghai, where he partnered Paul Hackett and finished second in the Open Pairs in the Yeh Brothers Masters Invitation event. Among his victims in the final were Roy Welland, Sabine Auken, Justin Lall, Piotr Gawrys, Boy Brogland and several more global stars.

Ireland beat Wales very comfortably in the opening round of the Lady Milne Trophy. Guess what happened after that? Wales went on to win, and Ireland trailed in last.

What went so dreadfully wrong, especially against Northern Ireland? The massive number of unforced errors was staggering.

One question I would ask is why change a winning team. I don't at all agree with switching the team around so many times.
