FORMER B*witched singer Sinead O'Carroll is expecting her first baby with her PR husband Mike Rahman. She may be presenting TV3's second series of make-over show Inside and Out – but it seems she's also due for a radical transformation of her own.

At the launch of the cosmetic surgery programme at Dublin’s Morgan Hotel last night she revealed her happy news.

“I'm just over three months pregnant so it's safe to tell everyone now. We are over the moon about it,” she said.

She explained how she's due her first baby in late September or early October and said she couldn't be happier with her imminent arrival.

The former singer (34), who married her partner Mike of Friction PR in June 2006, is now busy juggling her first TV presenting gig with the pressures of pregnancy.

NAUSEOUS

But the Wicklow-based personality said that it's been all plain sailing so far and is making sure to look after herself properly.

“It's all been going well. I wasn't that sick at first but I got to about week 6 and I started feeling really nauseous and dizzy. It didn't last long though and I feel great now,” she continued.

The flame-haired star is now the front-woman for TV3's new programme, which runs for eight weeks and involves eight candidates who together lost an impressive 22 stone.

Starting on March 25, TV3 chiefs have high hopes for the new series, given the high figures the previous instalment commanded.

And although Sinead got a birds-eye view into the world of cosmetic surgery while filming the show, she says she won't be going under the knife anytime soon.

“Not at the moment – I'm too young and I'm happy with how I look,” she added.

She went on to describe the programme as a “great opportunity for people to get a new direction in life.

“It was really good filming the series as I'd never done anything like that before, it was a great experience for me,” she continued.

“Having experienced highs and lows, I feel I can identify with the point in life where you need to have courage and make changes.”

Each of the programme's candidates received an average of €50,000 worth of services and procedures, with a panel of experts on hand to advise them.
