Music mogul hears the sound of love

My favourite music business mogul -- after George Martin, of course -- has found love again. Dave Kavanagh, former manager of Clannad, is dating fashionista Rhona Kelly. A friend of the couple told me that the romance "has been going on for quite some time. They are clearly smitten."
They were due to attend the launch of Natasha Thomas' Total Management, in Residence in Stephen's Green on Wednesday night, and RSVP-ed together. Sadly, he couldn't make it, but Rhona looked stunning.
Ravishing Rhona, who used to work in Brown Thomas, is one of Natasha's best friends. (Dave Kavanagh, lest we forget, was one of Ronnie Drew's great friends and proved as much last year when he released the Ronnie Drew album, A Fond Farewell.)
Others who turned up at the high-profile launch included Danielle Hayes and her husband Jean Luc Laydevant, Lisa and Paul Fitzpatrick, Miriam Ahern and Terry McCoy and Pippa O'Connor and Brian Ormond, to say nothing of uber agent Noel Kelly, uber model Kristi and uber PR Valerie Roe (with her sisters Bernie Cafolla and Trish O'Reilly). Myself, I popped uber the water to see Cat Stevens, aka Yusuf Islam, to get uber all that romance.
