My perfect weekend: Róise Goan

The plan for Saturday night?

Last Saturday night, I was living it up in Edinburgh at Smoke and Mirrors, an amazing new show created for the Sydney Festival. After the crazy week we've had launching this year's ABSOLUT Fringe, I will have to strongly fight the sofa-temptation this weekend.

Must see gig/performance of the weekend?

On Saturday, I'll be going to see Donal Dineen present Who Are You -- live music from Hulk, Adrian Crowley and Lisa O'Neill in Seomra Spraoi.

Pub/restaurant/club you couldn't live without?

At the moment I'm enjoying Mulligan's, my new D7 local, and once ABSOLUT Fringe takes up residency at The Grand Social (formerly Pravda) from September 11-26, it will be the only place in town to hang out!

Best weekend ever?

Sunny seaside walks with friends, late-afternoon pints, going to a great theatre, dance or music show and then magically finding a free table in the smoking area to continue the revelries.

Worst weekend ever?

Being stuck in an airport.

Favourite pre-going out ritual?

X Factor.

Top post-pub munchies?

Zaytoon on Parliament Street.

Best chat-up line at 2am?

Is that a bottle of Absolut in your pocket or are you just excited about my festival?

Your perfect date (person rather than description of nice evening!)

Either Mark Chavez or Shenoah Allen (Pajama Men) who will be appearing at this year's festival. It's always the funny guys...
