X Factor hopeful Jahmene Douglas has apparently refused to sing a Katy Perry song - because it's about booze.
The wannabe pop star was due to sing Katy's Last Friday Night with the rest of the contestants as the group song at the weekend, but according to The Sun, the teetotal singer has said he can't bring himself to sing anything that he thinks glorifies alcohol.
A source said show bosses are now "desperately trying to find a new song for this weekend's group ensemble after Jahmene's refusal".
The insider revealed: "The six remaining acts were supposed to perform Last Friday Night but Jahmene has said no. The song is about partying and drinking and Jahmene is teetotal.
"He has made it clear from the start that he won't sing songs about drinking and when he heard this track he was adamant he wouldn't perform it."
Jahmene, 21, a former supermarket worker from Swindon, is currently one of the favourites to win the show.
