Van Morrison is to headline the Hop Farm festival on July 2.

The six-time Grammy-winning musician tops the bill on the opening night of the outdoor bash, which also includes a UK exclusive from Bob Dylan and performances by Mumford and Sons, Seasick Steve and Pete Doherty.

Ray Davies, Laura Marling, The Magic Numbers and Foy Vance are also set to take the stage at the farm in Paddock Wood, Kent, with more acts to be announced.

Festival organiser Vince Power said: "We continue to have a great response from Hop Farm festival fans and I am pleased to announce Van Morrison as the headline act for the Friday. And having Bob Dylan come out to do this exclusive performance on Saturday, I know this year will be one to remember."

Tickets for the two-day festival, which takes place on July 2 and 3, are available now.
