Usher to play tribute for Quincy

Usher will help induct Quincy Jones into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Usher is to perform at the next Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in tribute to Quincy Jones.

Quincy, Heart, Randy Newman, Public Enemy, Rush, Donna Summer, Albert King and Lou Adler are all being inducted at the hall ceremony in Los Angeles on April 18.

Spike Lee and Harry Belafonte will pay tribute to Public Enemy, while Carole King will perform for Lou Adler and comedy film duo Cheech and Chong will induct him.

John Fogerty and Jackson Browne will perform with Randy Newman.

And in a Seattle reunion, Pearl Jam's Mike McCready and Alice in Chains' Jerry Cantrell will perform with Heart, while Soundgarden's Chris Cornell will induct them.
