Tom Felton gets record deal
Tom Felton has swapped magic for music, as he has landed a record deal.
The 22-year-old actor, more known for playing Hogwarts bully Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, has signed to indie label Six Strings Productions, The Sun reported.
The company posted the news on their Twitter page: "Tom Felton has signed and the album is very much on the way..."
Tom, who will be joining James Franco, Freida Pinto and Andy Serkin for the new Planet Of The Apes prequel, can write his own music, sing and play the guitar, but has always placed music as a hobby.
"I'm a keen musician. Me and my mates have a great time jamming and recording stuff," he told the paper.
"We have a great band behind us and have turned my nursery rhyme songs into quite credible pieces of music. But you definitely won't see me on the broomstick with a guitar."
