Rapper Tinie Tempah has scotched rumours that he is part of a star-studded line-up performing at celebrations marking Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding.
The south London star, nominated for a clutch of Brit Awards, revealed he knew nothing about the speculation during an appearance on the Graham Norton Show, to be screened on Friday.
The 22-year-old performer is said to be one of a number of rap celebrities due to take part in events close to the wedding being held on April 29.
Snoop Dogg has already dedicated his single Wet to William, amid rumours he is going to be asked to play at his stag night.
The star said on his website: "Wet is the perfect anthem for Prince William or any playa to get the club smokin."
And rapper P Diddy has said he is "just a phone call away" if the second-in-line to the throne wants him to play at the royal wedding.
Asked about the rumours claiming he will be performing, Tempah replied: "Am I? Really? Are you serious? Honestly, I've heard as much as you."
The rapper went on to reveal he did not recognise William when the prince attended one of his concerts.
He said: "I came on for an encore and saw this tall white guy in a hat and I thought, he looks a bit familiar."
The Graham Norton Show will be broadcast on Friday on BBC1 at 10.35pm.
