Tinchy Stryder and Stacey Solomon are set to perform at the O2 Arena this summer.
The East London-born rapper and the X Factor finalist will headline the free gig on July 13, to mark the first year of children's charity, The Transformation Trust.
"I was lucky to get support in music from my family, friends and others, but a lot of young people don't - that's why I'm pleased to join the Transformation Trust and all the schools they work with and celebrate its first birthday at The 02," said Tinchy.
Stacey, who lost out to Joe McElderry in the final, will lead a sing-along of Happy Birthday to the Trust.
"I've never sung Happy Birthday with 14,000 people before! Making sure all young people have the chance to benefit from after-school activities is really important, and I'm pleased that the Trust is helping this to happen across the country," she said.
The Trust - which has already raised in excess of £2 million - aims to give young people opportunities and experiences to help develop new skills.
