The Script and Manic Street Preachers among Aruthur's Day line-up

THE Script, Emeli Sande, Bobby Womack and Manic Street Preachers will lead the way at Arthur's Day 2013.

The top acts will fly in and put on free performances around the country, as part of a 500 event line-up on September 26.

The announcement was made this morning at Hogan's pub in Dublin, where rising group Bouts played for the crowds.

On Arthur's Day the Guinness Storehouse will also become a cultural hub as thousands swarm Dublin city to enjoy a showcase of established and up-and-coming talent in the music industry.
