Rowland show goes on despite rain
Kelly Rowland braved the downpours to perform an outdoor gig in Singapore.
The Grammy award-winning singer headlined a concert to launch the new Marina Bay Sands hotel.
Kelly belted out a medley of Destiny's Child hits, including Survivor, Bootylicious, Independent Woman and Say My Name, before performing her own tracks like new single Commander and When Love Takes Over.
She called on the audience to sing along with her when she performed Dilemma, her Grammy award-winning duet with Nelly.
"I'm glad to be in Singapore, and to stay here - the Marina Bay Sands hotel is a magnificent piece of art," she told the screaming crowds.
Diana Ross was expected to perform in front of more than 2,500 special guests inside the Grand Ballroom.
The hotel is known as the first integrated resort in Singapore, combining entertainment, casino, shopping mall, celebrity chef restaurants and a SkyPark on top of the three towers.
