Rapper Drake might be taking to the O2 stage tonight as part of his world tour, but there was no hiding in his hotel room for the St Patrick’s Day celebrations.

The 27-year-old took the opportunity to join the masses in Dublin city centre’s Temple Bar for a few pints of Guinness.

Wearing a green souvenir t-shirt and a green and white tie around his neck, the rapper sipped on pints of Guinness with a few friends.

Meanwhile, just a week after power couple Beyonce and Jay Z’s trip to Dublin, world renowned popstar Rihanna is rumoured to be joining Drake in the Irish capital within the next few days.

She has been accompanying Drake while he is in on tour, with his most recent shows performed in the UK.

The couple are reportedly trying to be ‘smart about their relationship’.

They first dated in 2010 and have kept in touch since.

They said they want a healthy, responsible relationship, where they stay faithful to one another.

“It was a mutual thing, really. She thinks it’s time that they be more mature about this and so does Drake and that’s where things stand,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They’re not about to run and go get married. It’s not like that. They’re playing it safely and responsibly. Rihanna just wants her mind at ease and since she and Drake are [intimate], she felt … they’re trying to be smart about their relationship and adults about it.”

The pair went to Zouk Tea Bar & Grill in Manchester during their stay in the UK and the owner claimed they were acting very much like a couple in love.

“They were talking and quite relaxed, just enjoying the night out” he revealed.
